Established in 1982 with offices in Newcastle upon Tyne and Leeds,

JCP is a private practice with all equity partners fully involved.

 

All projects are Partner led, the Project Partner retaining ownership of the commission

from pre appointment to successful completion and beyond where appropriate.

 

JCP:

 

• provide professional services throughout the UK and internationally.
• provide all types of design, reports, surveys and analysis related to the building services sector.
• have experience of all forms of contract; PFI, P21+, LIFT, Design and Build, GMP and traditional.
• have strong FM links and set up and manage contracts for Clients throughout the UK.
• has extensive experience in health care and mental health facilities, from local GP Surgeries to
• multi-million pound District General Hospitals.
• has a strong Transport division servicing long term contracts with private and public sector Clients.
• is actively involved with Universities, Schools and Educational Establishments.
• provides services for Leisure including private gym and pool facilities to specialist lighting to
• sports arena and pitches.
• are involved with major high street Clients in the Retail Sector providing installable designs whilst
• maintaining trading, an increasingly difficult task with 24 hour trading.
• design building services for types of Industrial applications.
• design Commercial contracts including office refurbishments to new build schemes both
• City Centre and Business Park developments.
• are involved with a number of clients to provide Hotel and Residential developments from
• multi-national chains to local housing.
• provide Special Projects include fast track clean rooms and computer suites to
• nano-science technology.

 

The Practice is fully involved in concept designs, costing, CDM, feasibility, detailed design,

follow  on FM contracts, asset surveys, specialist surveys for fire risk assessment and legionella,  

acquisition, maintenance and forward planning reports and conditional reports.

 

The Practice is QA Registered and audited to ISO:9001 and is a member of both Link-UP and Constructionline.

 

The practice has registered Low Carbon Energy Assessors and is accredited to produce

Dynamic Simulation for EPCs up to the highest level, level 5.

 

JCP are also on the approved engineers list for the Carbon Trust.
